Professionals

For architects and designers

You specify against numbers, so the programme is numbers. Drawings you can issue, a lead time you can put in a schedule, and a policy that says who pays when a corner meets a door frame.

Your client's drawing set is yours to mark up, and a variation is priced before it is drawn. Nothing is cut against an unsigned drawing, on your project or on anyone else's.

A designer replies within 2 working hours, 9 am to 9 pm Dubai time, and registration opens with a conversation rather than a form-only account.

The programme

What a registered practice gets

  1. 01

A measured drawing set per piece

Front elevation and section, dimensioned in millimetres, joints drawn where they carry load, hardware and finish system named. Yours to mark up and to issue inside your own set.

  2. 02

A 3D file per specified piece

For your model, at the sizes on the drawing set rather than at a catalogue size, so the piece in your visual is the piece that arrives.

  3. 03

The material book on the specified timber

Finish samples cut on the species your client is choosing, sent to your practice or straight to the client, and walked through by a designer.

  4. 04

A lead time committed in writing

The same figure your client sees on the piece page, restated in the order confirmation and counted from the day the drawing set is signed.

  5. 05

A damage and replacement policy that names who pays

In transit and in installation the risk is ours. A replacement inside a set is cut from the same board run so the grain still reads as one order.

  6. 06

    Trade terms

Set out per practice at registration, currently held as a placeholder on this site until they are agreed and published.

Downloads

Two live samples, and the file pack

The two samples below are not brochures. They are the real specification sheets the catalogue renders from its own data, laid out for your browser's print to PDF, so what you file is what the atelier builds from.

The rest of the pack is prepared per practice at registration and sent as files, because a survey sheet and a passport template are only useful filled in with your project on them.

  • Site survey sheetThe wall lengths, sill heights, door swings and access dimensions a designer needs from you before drawing, on one sheet.Sent at registration
  • Material passport templateThe fields every piece carries: species, construction, hardware, finish system, moisture at crating, and who made it.Sent at registration
  • Quality record formatWhat is written at the bench and what closes before a crate is screwed shut.Sent at registration
  • Finish system sheetsOne sheet per system, naming the build-up, the wear it is drawn for and how it is repaired.Sent at registration

There is no public download link and no gated file wall. A designer sends the pack to a named practice, so we know whose project a drawing set is sitting in.

Registration

Register a practice

Four fields. A designer replies within 2 working hours, 9 am to 9 pm Dubai time with the trade terms for your practice, the file pack, and a time to walk through the material book.

If a project is already live, say the building and the handover date in the reply and the survey can start the same week.

Full terms are on how we work, and the six-step programme with its schedule is on commission.
